Stedda Mozzarella

Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
• 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
• 1 tbsp Onion powder
• 1/4 cup tahini
• 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

• Blend on high for 1 minute. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour into loaf pan or other mold and chill overnight. Slice.
