Yushka with Meat

Ingredients
Directions
- Cut the meaty ribs into pieces, wash them and put in a saucepan with cold water.
- Add the minced onions, bring to a boil and boil over a slow fire.
- 15 to 20 minutes before the juška is done add the sliced potatoes.
- Season with bay leaves and salt.
- Sprinkle the juška with minced greens.
