Description

These rolls or muffins are kosher for Passover

Ingredients

• 2 cups matzo meal
• 1½ cup boiling water
• ½ cup shortening
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 °F.
2. Dissolve salt and sugar in boiling water, pour over matzo meal.
3. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Add melted shortening and eggs, mix well.
5. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 450 °F oven.
6. Let cool and serve.
