Chilled Beet and Raspberry Soup

This recipe comes from an Estate Sale and were obtained when The Family Collection from The Wetzel Estate in Plano, Texas was purchased in 1982. Contributed by Catsrecipes Y-Group

Ingredients

• 2 Cups pickled beets, sliced
• 1½ Cups frozen raspberries
• 1 Cup potato, cooked
• 2 Cups water
• 2 Teaspoons pepper
• 1 Teaspoon orange zest
• 1 Teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Purée all ingredients together
2. Chill and serve.
