Description

Directions

  1. Bring broth to a boil, stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes, and then fluff with fork.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add green onions and garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
  5. Add couscous, tomato, Chickpeas, currants and cumin cooking for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice and pepper.
