Chili Verde I

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 lbs shoulder pork roast (boneless)
• 1 large can Ortega green chile salsa
• 1 medium can Ortega chopped green chilies
• garlic salt to taste

Directions

1. In crock pot place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt to taste), can of green salsa and chopped chilies.
2. Turn crock pot to medium setting.
3. Cook 6 to 8 hours until pork is tender.
4. Enjoy.
