Ingredients
12 oz
beer
1 ½ cups
flour
½ tsp
salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Allow mixture to stand for one hour before using.
Dip raw vegetables,
chicken
,
fish
or cut into bite-sized pieces and fry in two inches of hot
oil
until golden brown.
Best if used cold.
