Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup extra virgin olive or flax seed oil
• 1/3 cup lemon juice or red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
• 1 tsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup
• 1 clove minced garlic

Directions

• Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well to combine. Refrigerate unused portions.

• Serves 4-6
