Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989.

Ingredients

2 cups quick oats
2½ cups water
3 tablespoons pecans
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons sweetener

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth then pour into hot waffle iron and bake 15 minutes.
