Guava Juice

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp (15 ml) mashed guavas
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) cool, boiled water
• 1 tsp dark brown sugar

Directions

1. Put in a clean container-mix well.
2. Give it to the baby with cup and spoon.
3. Gives about ¼ cup (2 oz or 60 ml).
