Taro and Meat

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut meat into very thin slices.
  2. Cook meat in hot oil for one minute, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  3. Add soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
  4. Add diced taro and cook for five minutes.
  5. Add chopped onions and salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot with a salad or green vegetables.
