Description
In Romanian: Friptura de potirnichi
Ingredients
6
partridges
3 tablespoons
butter
or
lard
3 – 4 tablespoons
wine
salt
Directions
Wash and
salt
the partridges.
Put in a bowl, cover and let sit for 15 – 20 minutes.
Then fry with the
butter
or
lard
, add wine, cover and simmer until done.
Occasionally turn them and add a tablespoon of wine.
