Honduran Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• ⅓ - ½ cup key lime juice
• 4 eggs separated
• 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
• 9 inch pie shell

Directions

1. Combine milk and egg yolks.
2. Beat with electric mixer at low speed.
3. Slowly add lime juice and continue beating until well blended.
4. Pour into pie shell.
