Directions

  1. cream Sugar, butter, egg, and salt.
  2. Stir in buttermilk, soda, vanilla, and flour.
  3. Add rhubarb and beat well.
  4. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13" cake pan.
  5. Sprinkle with topping.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
