Picker's Peach

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz white rum
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz dark rum
• 1 oz orange juice
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp caster sugar
• 1/3 ripe, peeled peach
• 1 tsp Pecher Mignon® peach liqueur

Directions

1. Mix in a blender until smooth.
2. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.
3. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry.
4. Serve with straws.
