Hot Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage, shredded
• 1 onion, sliced thin
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp celery seed
• ½ tsp mustard
• ½ cup salad oil
• ½ tsp salt

Directions

1. Pour ½ cup sugar over cabbage, onion and pepper.
2. Heat together remaining ingredients.
3. While hot, pour over the cabbage mixture and stir.
4. Let stand before serving.
