Description
Sauce for fish and seafood
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ cup green onions, including tops, snipped
- 4 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
Directions
- Combine, then grind or process all ingredients into a paste.
- Chill.
- Serve over fish or other seafood.
