Batidos

Ingredients

• 1 cup papaya, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup mango, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 2 small ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1½ cup fresh coconut milk
• 1 cup white rum
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend until frothy.
