Description
Special garlic Dressing from the Smoke House Restaurant

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp msg (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise mustard, sugar, msg, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper,garlic powder and egg yolk and season to taste with salt.
- Whip well.
- Chill dressing thoroughly.
- Serve over green salad.
