Ritchie Estate Zucchini Dip

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ritchie Estate in Balch Springs, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients

• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 packet ranch mix
• 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
• 1 small zucchini

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve with crackers, chips and raw vegetables.
