Ingredients

• 1 kg Pork.
• 100 g Onion.
• spices (cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper).
• salt.
• hogcasing.

Directions

1. Grind Pork in a mincer, add chopped Onion, cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper, salt.
2. Stuff minced meat into hogcasing and make small semirings.
3. Fry on hot charcoals.
