Green Beans with Butter

Ingredients

• 2 lbs / 1 kg green beans
• 2 tablespoons butter
• salt
• Cream of Wheat Croquettes

Procedures

1. Clean, wash and boil the beans in salt water.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the drained beans and the salt and shake the pan a few times so that the beans are mixed with the butter.
3. Serve hot with Cream of Wheat Croquettes.
