Gin-Cassis Fizz

Ingredients

• 2½ oz gin
• 1½ oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 4 oz club soda
• ½ oz crème de cassis

Procedures

1. Shake the ingredients with ice in a shaker.
2. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar.
3. After shaking, strain into a collins glass and fill with ice cubes.
4. Add the club soda.
5. Stir well.
6. Drop the crème de cassis into the center of the drink.
