Anis-Ginger Tea

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon aniseed
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Procedures
1) Combine ingredients in small pan. Bring to boil, lower heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Strain. Serve hot in cups.
2) This tea is often used to comfort sore throats and chest colds.
