Fried Liver

Description

In Romanian: Ficat prajit

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the liver, cut into finger thick slices, dredge with flour, shake well and fry in hot oil.
  2. Do not salt until after frying, just before serving.
  3. Serve with assorted vegetables.
