Ingredients
10 lb
serrano pepper
¼ cup
cardamom
2 tbsp
cloves
1 cup
salt
Procedures
Dry chilies in the sun or moderate oven until crisp and then pound lightly.
Heat cloves,
salt
and
cardamom
separately.
Mix with the
chile
mixture and grind together to fine powder.
Use as needed.
Store in tight container or jar.
