Marinated string beans (low cal)

Description

Ingredients

• 16 oz french cut string beans
• 3 tbsp dehydrated Onion
• 1 small jar pimentos, sliced
• 8 oz can cut Mushrooms
• 1 med cucumber, diced
• 1/2 small Cauliflower in small pieces
• marinade
• 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
• ts MSG (optional)
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 3 drop liquid artificial sweetener
• 1/4 cup water
• pn pepper to taste
• 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Procedures
