Description

Samsa with greens

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. For the filling, combine finely chopped greens with chopped onions, cubed fat, salt and spices.
  2. To make dough, add water and salt to sifted flour, let stand for 30 – 40 minutes.
  3. Cut dough into 50 g (1 – 2 oz) pieces and roll out each piece into small flat rounds.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, pinch edges closed around the filling, and form a ball.
  5. Bake 30 – 40 minutes.
