Procedures

  1. Mash bananas, and add rice flour, honey, peanuts and vanilla.
  2. Stir until you obtain a soft dough, almost liquefied (you can add milk or water to obtain the right consistency).
  3. Cut banana leaf in 2 parts and wrap 1tbs.
  4. Of the dough inside each leaf.
  5. Steam for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Slice to serve.
