Avocado Soup

Description
This is a delicious, healthy cold soup perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- ½ fresh genuine California avocado, without skin
- ¼ cup of fresh carrot juice (approx. 1 large carrot)
- ½ cucumber, peeled and cut into small chunks
- optional: seasoning to taste (dill, etc.)
Procedures
- Place ingredients into blender in order of recipe and blend till smooth.
