Cooking Mullet Roe

Ingredients
- mullet roe
- cornmeal
- salt and pepper to taste
- peanut oil for frying
Procedures
- Salt and pepper the mullet roe lightly, being careful not rupture the casings - roll the mullet roe in corn meal and fry in hot peanut oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve as a finger food - with hot sauce or catsup.
