Chocolate glaze

Description
Ingredients
- 1 Square unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Procedures
- In a heavy pot, slowly melt the chocolate.
- Stir in honey & vanilla.
- Makes ¼ cup, enough to glaze an 8" cake.
- Keep in refrigerator.
