Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sauté butter, onion and ginger.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Add squash and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually add chicken stock and milk.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Simmer for at least 5 more minutes.
