Procedures

  1. First, pour some water into the wok and boil it.
  2. Then, pour 250mL of milk into a bowl.
  3. Then weigh 50g of sugar, pour it into the milk and stir it.
  4. Break 2 eggs into another bowl. Make sure they are fresh, then pour into the mixture and stir them well.
  5. Lastly, pour the mixture into 2 bowls and put them into the wok.
  6. Steam for 15 minutes and serve it.
