Catalina Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ cup ketchup
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup red wine vinegar
• ½ cup onion, grated
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup salad oil
• salt
• pepper

Directions

1. In a blender, blend together the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, paprika and Worcestershire
2. With the blender running, slowly add the oil.
3. Check the seasonings.
4. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
