Description

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Rub dressed bass inside and outside with 1 tsp salt and lemon juice.
  2. Mix bread cubes, with salt, pepper, thyme, monosodium glutamate, 3 tsp melted butter, egg and onion; stuff bass cavity.
  3. Fasten with skewers.
  4. Place in baking pan.
  5. Brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 400°F and bake for 45 minutes longer.
  8. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
