California Avocado Salsa

Salsa salad featuring Genuine California avocados.

Ingredients

• 3 large ripe Genuine California avocados, peeled and cubed
• 3 medium tomatoes,seeded chopped
• 1 Cup chopped sweet red pepper
• 1 small Onion, chopped
• 1 to2 jalapenos peppers, seeded and chopped
• 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
• ¼ Cup lime juice
• torilla chips
• salt to taste

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, mix well.
2. Serve immediatly with chips.
