onion

10 ml crushed
garlic
50 ml
butter
5 ml
thyme
(dried)
200 grams
shrimp
(cleaned/deveined)
100 grams
mushrooms
(sliced)
50 ml
brandy
15 ml Thai sauce
100 ml dairy
cream
Procedures
Sauté
onion
and
garlic
in
butter
, then add the
mushrooms
and
shrimp
.
Stir over high heat 2 minutes, add
thyme
and
brandy
.
Ignite to flambe.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens.
Serve with grilled or seafood of your choice and buttered noodles.
