Fried Pike

Description
In Romanian: Stiuca prajita
Ingredients
- 2 lbs / 1 kg pike
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- lemon juice
- salt
Procedures
- Clean, wash and cut the fish, salt it and let it sit for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Then dry each piece with a clean cloth, dredge with flour and fry in hot oil, on both sides.
- Serve warm, with French fries and green lettuce.
- You may add some lemon juice to taste.
