- 4 oz butter
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 4 oz raw sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup sultanas or mixed dried fruit
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp honey
