Tofu Cream Cheese

Ingredients

• 12 ounces tofu
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon caraway seeds
• ¼ teaspoon dill weed
• juice of 3 small limes
• 2 tablespoons water

Procedures

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
2. Serve on baked potatoes or spread on bread.
