Tasty leaf soup

Description
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 bundle Chinese cabbage, or other green leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp.cornflour
- 1 cup thinly sliced meat or * 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tsp. sliced ginger
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 6 cups water
Procedures
1. Combine soy sauce, Sugar and cornflour and mix well. Add meat or and set aside.
2. Heat the oil, add ginger and Onion, and fry until tender.
3. Boil water in a large pot. add meat or and soy sauce mixture, ginger, and Onion. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add green leaves and simmer another 3–5 minutes.
