Whipped Cream Sauce with Cheese

- Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped
Procedures
- Fold the cheese, mustard and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
- Spread on cooked asparagus, broccoli, spinach or cauliflower and put under the broiler for about 1 minute until the cheese is melted.
