Rutmus

Ingredients

1 lb firm potatoes
1/2 lb turnips or rutabagas
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cream or milk
salt and pepper

Procedures

Boil potatos until tender.
Boil turnips (rutabegas) until fork tender.
Drain well.
Combine all ingredients in mixer.
Blend untill smooth.
Serve hot.
