Bo Luc Lac
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean sirloin steaks
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups watercress leaves
Directions
- Mix the ingredients, put the mixture in oil and heat it.
