Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic and ginger until fragrant and golden.
  2. Add cauliflower, carrots and celery.
  3. Stir-fry till tender.
  4. Add snow peas, young corn, mushrooms, red and green pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken stock and stir-fry for 5 – 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
