Jordan Cake

Description

It looks kind of bumpy and smells better than it looks. Other than that it tastes better than it looks

Ingredients

• 1 (16 oz.) vanilla wafers coarsely broken
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 c. pecans (or walnuts)
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 6 eggs

Directions

1. Mix
2. Place in greased tube pan.
3. Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
