California Avocado Spread

Description
Enjoy fresh California avocado as a spread on whole grain toast.
Ingredients
Simple spread
- 1 oz ripe Genuine California avocado
- Add salt to taste
Garlic spread
- 1 oz ripe Genuine California avocado
- ½ clove of garlic, finely minced
- Add salt to taste
Sweet spread
- 1 oz ripe Genuine California avocado
- 1 tsp orange marmalade
- Add pinch of ginger to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
- Stir in desired ingredients.
- Spread on toast and serve.
