Description

This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house.

Ingredients

1 lb minced Ham
1 lb ground Pork
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt

Sauce

1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon dry mustard

Directions

Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1" meatballs.
Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 325 F.
for 1 hour.
Baste frequently.
