Slovenian cold slaw

Ingredients

• 3 cups shredded cabbage
• 2 tablespoons minced onion
• 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 4 tablespoons salad oil
• 1 to 2 potatoes, sliced
• 1½ teaspons salt
• ½ teaspoon caraway seeds

Directions

1. Pour oil and vinegar over the cabbage.
2. Add potatoes, salt, Onion, caraway seeds, toss and serve.
